This started as an attempt for 35 area that failed due to geometry at the end. Remnants of this can be seen in how the track is unused until the area it takes has been covered by an atom.

Cycles can easily be shaved by using the track earlier and making it 6P instead of conditional to start the loop, but with how many cycles this has, I am doubtful those will change placements.

With how close this was to 35, I would not be surprised if area can go lower.

Another reason I think area can lower is Berlo track shenanigans to utilize the area under the wheel, but with how many hexes are forced, I am unsure if geometry can enable this.

Disjoint was fun to play with. Was useful to have the Berlo assign connected atoms the same cardinals while in progress to better distinguish them. This was then easily fixed once the shape has been assembled since Berlo rotations are infrequent enough to easily find.
